What we keep

Your email address, the date you signed up, and which page you signed up on. Nothing else. There is no account, no tracking cookie and no analytics on this site.

What we do with it

We email you when one of our games is ready: that it is out, and where to get it. Now and then we may also write when we have something new to show you. The first message asks you to confirm your address. We never sell, share or rent your address, and we do not use it for anything else.

Who holds it

Sign-ups are stored with Kit (kit.com), the email service that sends our emails on our behalf. Kit processes the address only to deliver them, under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms. Kit is based in the United States, and those terms cover the transfer.

Changing your mind

Every email has an unsubscribe link that removes you at once. You can also write to us at any time to have your address deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, and we will do it and reply within a month.

Otherwise we keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Why we may do this

Because you asked us to: the legal basis under UK GDPR is your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
